Every human on the planet endures stress daily, whether small or large amounts; everyone is stressed, so it's important to slow down and breathe. Today's post can be looked at as a guide or inspiration for ways to relax and take your mind off of stress because while it's important to meet deadlines and work towards your goals, it can be almost effortless to put your well-being second and your expected priorities first.

The list of ways to relax goes on forever since we all have different ideas of what that looks like. It could be as simple as having a morning routine or sleeping at a reasonable hour. It's essential to try and do something for yourself that helps you relieve stress and worry a couple of times a week as a reminder to slow down and not rush through life.
