Clear Mind During Heavy Times

Stress is an everyday factor in our lives; in tough times, it feels untreatable, but it is important to remember that what you are stressed about is probably built up to be ten times worse in your head than it actually is, and all you need is a break. When you force yourself to try and perfect something repeatedly, you start to feel farther and farther from perfection. This is why it's essential to step back and take a break when you overwork yourself to give your mind some time to figure out how to improve whatever you're trying to accomplish. Here are some ways to clear your mind during heavy times.


1. Don't try and force something that isn't meant to be

Not everyone accomplishes the same things in life, which is why you should never compare yourself to someone else or try to be someone you're not. When you compare yourself to other people in a negative way, you're subconsciously lowering your self-worth and diminishing all of the accomplishments you've managed to achieve. When you stop comparing yourself, your mind will be clear to focus on yourself rather than someone else.


2. Take a break

Taking a break seems like the most obvious tip in the world; however, when people take breaks, they usually go on their phones or watch a show to distract their minds. Your mind needs to address the stress you are feeling; once you do this, you will be able to relax because assessing a situation is often not as worrisome as you initially thought. The build-up happens if you think about everything on your plate all at once; it's best to take on one priority at a time to keep your mind at ease.

3. Gratitude & Manifestation


Whenever your mind feels cluttered with a list of priorities you're trying to accomplish, take a look back on your achievements and be proud of yourself. Manifesting good things in your life keeps you hopeful and working hard to strive for what you want in a positive way. It could be a few simple thoughts about something you are working towards, and those thoughts may motivate you enough to get what you want.


These three tips can help you through pile-ups and setbacks while reminding you to stay positive and not put too much pressure on yourself. You will feel so much better working towards what you want with a stress-free and positive mindset.
